Apply one coat to clean, dry, bare nails as a base coat and let dry. Brush on 1-2 coats of your favourite Sally Hansen protective nail colour and let dry for two minutes. Finish with a second coat of diamond Strength diamond Shine as a shiny top coat. Apply a new coat as needed for extra shine and protection.
